​◾︎４名以上でのご予約および貸切のお問い合わせは下の予約フォームもしくはお電話でお問い合わせください。

 

■３ヶ月先の予約まで承っております。We accept reservations up to 3 months in advance.

■当日のご予約はお電話でお問い合わせください。Please give us a call if you would like to make a reservation on that same day.

​

■サイトからのご予約はこちらから折り返しのメールを送らせていただいてから確定です。自動送信メールでは仮予約の状態なのでご注意ください。

​また、連絡がない場合はお手数ですが一度ご連絡ください。Your reservation will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that auto-reply emails do not apply. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation from us.

■チェックイン Check-in 
16:00~21:00

時間外にお越しの方は事前にご連絡ください。２１時以降にチェックインをご希望の方は事前に連絡をいただければ対応させて頂きます。連絡なしに遅くなられるような場合別途チェックイン手数料が発生することがあります。荷物の預かりできますのでお気軽にご相談ください。Please let us know in advance if your arrival time is not within the check-in hours. We may charge additional fee for late arrivals. We will be happy to keep store your luggage for you. 

■チェックアウト　Check-out
10:00までにベッドを開けてください。10:30ごろから館内の清掃を始めます。

チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりはご相談ください。Please leave the dorm beds by 10:00. Dorm cleaning commences around 10:30. Please contact us if you would like to store luggage after check-out. 
 

■消灯時間 Lights out / quiet time 
23:00
早めにお休みの方がいる場合は23:00前でもお静かに願います。また23:00時以降おしゃべりしたい方は近くの素敵なお店を紹介しますのでそちらでお願いします。Please keep the noise level down before 23:00 if any other guests have retired earlier. We will be happy to introduce you to neighbouring shops where you can resume your conversations

■門限時間 Curfew 
なし None

​近隣にお住いの方がありますのでお帰りの際はお静かにお願いします。Please respect our neighbourhood and keep noise levels down on your way back.

■最大宿泊予約は１０日間です。Maximum stay is 10 days. 

​

■専用の駐車場はございません。

近くにコインパーキングがございますのでそちらをご利用ください。

We do not have a parking area. Please use the coin parking lot near the hostel if you arrive by car.
